Item Availability
If an item is listed on line, it is a regularly stocked item unless the description specifies that it is special order.
Shipping cost estimates
The shipping cost is given in the online cart during checkout.
Delivery details
Delivery of your order is subject to the availability of our inventory and the shipping method you select. Due to weight or packaging restrictions we may split your shipment into separate orders.
Delivery Areas
For your convenience, we deliver anywhere in Canada. To make sure that orders being sent to PO boxes and rural route addresses get to their proper destination, please include a physical street address, highway number and/or an emergency number with your order. If you live outside of Canada please contact the office to determine if shipping is possible to your area.
Methods of delivery
Most orders are shipped via Canada Post.
Oversized items
Due to Canada Post weight restrictions, any item that is greater than 30kg/66lb will be delivered via Purolator Courier.
Special Order
Special order items are product we carry, but will have to be ordered from a supplier or the manufacturer. The ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) may vary on the product availability, shipping, or other circumstances beyond our control. We keep our customers informed of the status of special order items as they make their way to our stores. Special order items require a 100% nonrefundable deposit to be taken before an item is ordered and can not be returned. Any items which are special order are noted in their product description.
Special delivery shipping policy
Some items require special delivery because of their size and weight.
Product is in-stock: Allow 4-5 business days after placing your order for an SFC representative to email your delivery schedule notification to you.
Product is out-of-stock: You will receive an automated email within 3 days after your order passed verification, letting you know that your order is on back order.
