DESCRIPTION:Join us Saturday March 28th (and Sunday March 29th if needed) to compete in the Canadian Junior National Championships. Shooters can compete in Air Rifle or Air Pistol. Results will be tabulated with shooters from across the country to establish the national champions. \nShooters will be assigned relays\, and in some cases Mixed Teams\, in the week preceding the event.  Each shooter will have a minimum of 60 shots. \nNOTE – ISSF Rules valid before January 1st 2026 will be in effect. \nRegistration Deadline is Sunday March 15th to be considered for a Mixed Team\, Monday March 23rd for any other registrations. \nCost – $25.00. DESCRIPTION:The competition will be held at the Richmond Rod and Gun Club\, located at: 7400 River Rd Suite 140\, Richmond BC\, Canada \n\nEquipped with 16 SIUS Electronic Targets\nWheelchair accessible\nfree parking available on site\n\nMatch Start Times \n\nThe start times listed on the schedule refer to the time of the first SCORING shot\, per ISSF Rule 6.11.1.1\nPreparation and Sighting Time begin 15 minutes prior to the published start time\n\nRules \n\nCurrent Shooting Federation of Canada (SFC) and International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) rules will apply\nIt is the responsibility of all participants to be familiar with these rules\nThe Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify the schedule or procedures based on conditions\n\nEligibility \n\nValid BCTSA membership or membership in your respective provincial or state shooting organization is required\nOut-of-province athletes are welcome and may participate\n\nEquipment Control \n\nAll equipment must comply with current ISSF specifications\nEquipment will be inspected during designated control periods and may be re-checked during competition\n\nNote: Equipment check MUST be conducted on Friday\, November 7 between 5:00pm and 8:00pm \nProtests & Scoring Challenges \n\nScoring challenge fee: $5.00\nProtests will be handled by the Jury. The Jury’s decisions are final\n\nEvents & Courses of Fire \nAll events take place at 10 meters (standing position unless noted): \n\nAir Rifle – Men / Junior Men: 2 × 60 shots\nAir Rifle – Women / Junior Women: 2 × 60 shots\nAir Pistol – Men / Junior Men: 2 × 60 shots\nAir Pistol – Women / Junior Women: 2 × 60 shots\n\nAwards \nAwards will be presented in the following categories: \n\nJunior Awards\nClassification Awards (MA\, VT\, EX\, SS\, MM\, LADY)\n\nNote: Awards will be presented after the final relay has been completed \nClassifications & Categories \n\nAll athletes must register according to their official SFC classification\nProof of classification must be presented at check-in\nNRA/USA Shooting classifications are not accepted\nShooters without a current classification will compete as Expert (EX)\nFalsifying classification may result in disqualification without refund\n\nAge Categories \n\nSub Junior (SJ): Until December 31 of the year they turn 16\nJunior (JR): From January 1 of the year following their 16th birthday\, until December 31 of the year they turn 21\nVeteran (VT): Must be 55 or older on the first day of competition\n\nVeterans may use older equipment (if no longer active competitors)\, but scopes are not allowed \nREGISTRATION FORM – Please CLICK HERE
