SUMMARY:SFC Junior Nationals - Alberta
DESCRIPTION:Join us Saturday March 28th to compete in the Canadian Junior National Championships. Shooters can compete in Air Rifle or Air Pistol. Results will be tabulated with shooters from across the country to establish the national champions. \nShooters will be assigned relays\, and in some cases Mixed Teams\, in the week preceding the event.  Each shooter will have a minimum of 60 shots. \nNOTE – ISSF Rules valid before January 1st 2026 will be in effect. \nRegistration Deadline is Sunday March 15th to be considered for a Mixed Team\, Monday March 23rd for any other registrations. \nCost – $25.00. Participants using Pump Action (Daisy) Rifles are $15.00 \n  \nAlberta competitors will be participating in the National Championships by competing at the Calgary Rifle and Pistol Club. \nTargets used will be Megalink electronic targets\, with 10 athletes per relay (2 hospital positions). \nSCHEDULE \nSaturday March 28 –  Relays (max 10 athletes per relay) \nRelay 1: 9:00 am – 10:15 am \nRelay 2: 11:00 am – 12:15 pm \nRelay 3:  1:00 pm – 2:15 pm \nRelay 4: 3:15 pm – 3:45 pm \nRelay 5: 4:15- 4:45 pm   (if needed) \nPlease note that relay start times reflect the first competition shot.  As per ISSF rules sighters will start 15 minutes prior for individual events and 10 minutes prior for mixed team matches.  It is recommended that athletes arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of sighting time to complete check in and do any equipment checks.  \n
