SUMMARY:10 Meter Air Rifle & Air Pistol
DESCRIPTION:Relay 1: 10:00am\nRelay 2: 12:30 pm\nRelay 3: 3:00pm \nAthletes will be called to the line 20 minutes prior to the posted relay start time. This is a 60 shot match. \nISSF Rules will be observed. We reserve the right to modify those rules for the range and conditions. Eye and Hearing Protection are required. \nRange Rule – three strikes on the target frame results in being disqualified. \nCost\, Information and Registration: \nAll athletes who are members in good standing with their local\, provincial/state or national shooting organizations are invited to this match. The fee for the match is $15.00 payable in cash on the day of the match. Space for this match is limited. \nPlease email the Match Director. You will be assigned a spot on a first come\, first serve basis. Please respond early if interested. Match Director: Bob Ossowski at: bob.ossowski@gmail.com to reserve a spot with home province\, discipline and if Junior or AWAD. \nAmenities: Food services are available near the range (Cash only on property). Washrooms are located in the brick clubhouse located by the trap fields. \nYou must enter through the double doors at the west stairs on the second floor. Look for the sign on the door. ***Dress for the weather. SUMMARY:Ontario Pistol Provincials
DESCRIPTION:The Toronto International Rifle & Pistol Club will be hosting the Ontario Provincial Pistol Championship from Oct 2nd to 4th \, 2026 in Cookstown\, Ontario. This competition offers athletes the opportunity to compete across a range of pistol disciplines in both indoor (10m) and outdoor (25m) formats and air rifle. \nDisciplines:\nAir Pistol and Air Rifle (10m) – 2 matches\nPistol 25m standard – 1 match\nPistol 25m sport – 1 match\nPistol 25m military rapid fire – 1 match\nPistol 25m rapid – 1 match \nSchedule:\nFriday\, October 2nd  Air Range open training (times TBD) \nSaturday\, October 3rd\n9:00 AM Air Pistol/Air Rifle Match 1 (40 positions)\n11:30 AM Standard Pistol (18 positions)\n1:30 PM 25m Sport Pistol (18 positions) \nSunday\, October 4th\n9:00 AM Air Pistol/Air Rifle Match 2 (40 positions)\n11:30 AM Military Rapid Fire (18 positions\, .22 calibre only)\n1:30 PM 25m Rapid Fire (12 positions) \nAthletes will be called to the line 25 minutes before their relay. \nDue to range restrictions\, free pistol and centre fire pistol will not be offered this year. \nRegistration can be done here. \n\nIMPORTANT– Registration is NOT confirmed until payment is received. Due to limited spaces available for this match\, registrations will be confirmed in the order that payment is received.\nRegistration available to SFC Members only. \nCost: \nISSF 10m Air Events\, 25m Sport Pistol\, and 25m Rapid Fire – Adults $50 per match / Juniors (21 and under) $30 per match. (Please note that for the air events\, a match is one relay\, if you wish to shoot twice\, that is counted as two matches.) \nStandard Pistol and Military Rapid Fire – Adults $30 per match / Juniors (21 and under) $20 per match \n\nAwards: Medals will be awarded based on the numbers of participants in each category. (5 participants or more = 3 medals/ 4 participants = 2 medals/3 participants = 1 medal) \n\n\nAdditional Information:\nAir tanks will be available on site.\nPort-a-potties will be available on site. \n\n\nRules:\nISSF 2025 rules will apply. ISSF 2026 equipment rules will not be enforced\, but equipment checks may be conducted without penalty.\nPlease note that three frame hits during a match will result in disqualification and the competitor will not be allowed to continue match.
