SUMMARY:SFC Junior Nationals - Ontario
DESCRIPTION:Join us Saturday March 28th and Sunday March 29th to compete in the Canadian Junior National Championships. Shooters can compete in Air Rifle or Air Pistol. Results will be tabulated with shooters from across the country to establish the national champions. \nShooters will be assigned relays\, and in some cases Mixed Teams\, in the week preceding the event.  Each shooter will have a minimum of 60 shots. \nNOTE – ISSF Rules valid before January 1st 2026 will be in effect. \nRegistration Deadline is Sunday March 15th to be considered for a Mixed Team\, Monday March 23rd for any other registrations. \nCost – $25.00. Participants using Pump Action (Daisy) rifles are $15.00 \n  \nOntario competitors will be participating in the National Championships by competing at the Pioneer Sportsmen Club. \nSCHEDULE \nFriday March 27th\, range set up and testing of targets time TBD \nSaturday March 28 –  ISSF Air  Rifle Relays (max 8 athletes per relay) \nRelay 1: 9:00 am – 10:15 am \nRelay 2: 11:00 am – 12:15 pm \nRelay 3:  1:00 pm – 2:15 pm \nRelay 4: 3:15 pm – 3:45 pm  Mixed Teams Rifle \nRelay 5: 4:15- 4:45 pm   2nd Mixed team rifle (if needed) \nSunday March 29 – ISSF Pistol Relays & Daisy Relays (max 8 athletes per relay) \nRelay 6: 9:00 am – 10:15am \nRelay 7: 11:00 am – 12:15 pm (If second Pistol relay needed or Daisy relay) \nRelay 8:  1:15 pm – 1:45  Mixed Team Pistol \nRelay 9:  2:30-3:45  Daisy Relay \n  \nRange will have 10 positions – maximum of 8 athletes on the line at the same time so as to have 2 hospital positions available. \nInstruction:\nPlease note that relay start times reflect the first competition shot.  As per ISSF rules sighters will start 15 minutes prior for individual events and 10 minutes prior for mixed team matches.  It is recommended that athletes arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of sighting time to complete check in and do any equipment checks.  \n
