Calling all clubs interested in hosting either the Canadian International Trap National Championship or the Canadian International Skeet National Championship for 2025.

Expressions of interest are currently being accepted to host the 2025 Trap or Skeet Nationals.

Hosting Criteria

1. Ensuring National Championships are inclusive to all participants with the goal of maximizing involvement.

2. Priority will be given to clubs having two fields; however, it will default to one field if there are extenuating circumstances.

3. Recognizing Nationals as the pinnacle event of the year in Canada and hosting the event is an honour.

4. Ensuring entry fees are reasonable and accessible and the hosting club at least breaks even financially.

5. Requiring a clubhouse with accessible washrooms and access to dining options.

6. Opportunity to purchase ammunition at a reasonable price.

7. Other criteria:

a. Venue proximity to services – airport, restaurants, hotels, etc

b. Bathrooms – accessible, running water

Nationals Entry Fee

At the Shotgun Council meetings, it was decided that the entry fee for 2025 Nationals be increased to $325.00/person. Please address this in your letter.

Nationals Dates

The dates for the International Trap Nationals are between July 15 and August 17, 2025, and International Skeet is usually the third week of August, August 18 to 24, 2025. Please include your proposed dates in your letter.
