Terry Dillon
Chief Executive Officer
Provides overall leadership for the organization, working with the Board of Directors on major partnerships, government relations, revenue generation and long-term planning to support the sustainable growth of target shooting in Canada.
Lisa Roddie
Director of Sport development
Leads membership services and program delivery, working with Provincial/Territorial Sport Organizations, Clubs and Members on national championships, event sanctioning, insurance, exemption letters, and the development of coaches and officials.
Susan Verdier
Technical Director
Oversees the coordination, logistics, and support of SFC’s High Performance programs, working closely with national team athletes and coaches.
Taryn Grant
Social Media Coordinator
Manages SFC’s social media and digital communications to promote programs, events, and achievements across the shooting community
