Shooting Federation of Canada Appoints Terry Dillon as Interim CEO

Ottawa, January 20, 2025 – The Shooting Federation of Canada (SFC) is pleased to announce Terry Dillon as Interim CEO, effective today. With over 20 years of leadership experience spanning education, business, sport, and the nonprofit sector, Terry brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for organizational development.

Terry joins SFC following his tenure as CEO of Rowing Canada Aviron, where he successfully guided the organization through periods of international achievement and increased nationwide participation. In addition to his robust governance background, Terry is an accredited director with the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada, holds an MBA from Cranfield University, and is a proud Olympian.

SFC’s current CEO, Jasmine Northcott, will support the transition and work with Terry through to her final day with SFC on January 31, 2025. Jasmine has been an integral leader within the SFC, and her contributions to the federation are deeply appreciated.

I am eager to connect with the athletes, coaches, officials, and volunteers who are the backbone of our sport, and I am committed to helping position the Federation for continued success.”
