The Shooting Federation of Canada – Federation de Tir du Canada will be holding their annual meeting virtually on Saturday September 12th, 2026, beginning promptly at 12:00pm ET.

The meeting will address the following business of the corporation:

• Approve the minutes of the 2025 Annual Meeting of the corporation held September 6th, 2025.
• Presentation of annual reports from the Chair of the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer.
• Presentation of the audited financial statements for the corporation for the fiscal year ending March 31^st, 2026.
• To appoint the auditors of the corporation for the fiscal year ending March 31^st, 2027.
• To confirm the election of Directors for the corporation based on the results of online voting.
• To approve by-law amendments to ensure the ongoing compliance and successful governance of the organization

Members of the corporation in good standing on the record date (June 10th, 2026) were sent individual emails with information on how to register to attend.

All Members need to be registered by 12:00pm ET on Thursday September 10^th, 2025.

Members can designate a proxyholder if needed. Proxy Forms must be received as per the directions on the form before 3:00pm ET on Thursday September 10^th, 2026.  Submit by email to Lisa Roddie

PLEASE NOTE: Voting for Directors of the Corporation will available online commencing on Friday September 11^th, 2026, at 11:00am ET and voting will close during the Annual Meeting on Saturday September 12^th, 2025, at 12:10pm precisely.

All Members in Good Standing registered to attend the Annual Meeting will be sent an individual link to cast their vote.
