The Shooting Federation of Canada (SFC) is seeking expressions of interest for volunteer Identified Team Shooting Sports Coaches in Pistol, Rifle, Trap, and Skeet. These coaches will play a key role in supporting Canadian target shooting athletes in their pursuit of excellence.
Working closely with the Identified Team Leader and other discipline coaches, the successful candidates will help develop training programs, monitor athlete progress, and contribute to team preparation for competitions.
Candidates are required to be:
- NCCP Competition Development Certified or equivalent
- Be proficient in Google Drive for program coordination
- Be a current SFC member
Have a strong understanding of technical, physical, mental, and tactical training methods
