The Shooting Federation of Canada (SFC) is seeking expressions of interest for the volunteer position of National Team Coach for Shotgun/Rifle.

The deadline to submit expressions of interest to CEO@sfc-ftc.ca is March 14th, 2025.

This volunteer role offers a unique opportunity to support and develop Canada’s high-performance athletes on the international stage.

The Role:

Assist Canadian target shooting athletes in attaining the best possible results in international competitions with available resources by:

Raising the general standard of performance of Canadian National Team members.
Promoting the current technical, physical, mental, and tactical training methods.
Fostering relationships with personal coaches of High Performance Athletes.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Must be NCCP Level 3 or Competition Development certified (or equivalent experience).
International coaching and/or competition experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
