Except where noted, the members of the Board of Directors and the various committees, as required by the Federation’s By-laws, are all volunteers. They have made a conscious decision to support the growth and development of all the shooting sports in Canada.

Daily administrative tasks are performed by SFC staff. Most directors participate in one or more committees tasked with resolving sport-specific issues and these committees are also supported by SFC employees.
